Paratext publishes bibliographic databases linking to millions of full text scholarly documents, and also provides technological services to the academic, public and special library markets in North America and throughout the world.
History
Paratext was founded in 1993 by Eric M. Calaluca, who has developed scholarly database products since 1987. Robert Asleson joined Paratext in 2001, bringing nearly 50 years of creative, executive publishing experience to the company.
